About Me

Born in Vienna, Austria and grew up in Stockholm, Sweden. Studied innovation and communication and worked for several years as a creative consultant in advertising. In 1995, I relocated to the United States and soon after began a transition into studying photography and graphic design at the School of Visual Arts and at the International Center of Photography. In 1999, I joined the full time program at ICP, which became a platform for collaborations on projects with core seminar faculty members Robert Blake and Sam Samore. Between 2000 and 2004, I initiated and produced exhibitions, books, catalogs, performances and happenings in New York and Paris. The work takes the form of photography, video, writing, performance, installation and books. Inspired by the mystery novel and film noir, I often create fictional scenes, fragmented stories, and ambiguous narratives. I creates and directs creative content for print media, exhibitions, television and film.
