About Me

Writer, Editor & Consultant in London I work as Contributing Editor on British GQ, and was previously Features Editor on The Face and Contributing Editor on Marmalade. I write on social trends, style, music, technology, youth culture, health & fitness, business and travel, and have been published in all leading British newspapers and magazines, including Vogue, Wired, Elle, NME, Mixmag, i-D and Dazed & Confused. I also publish a quarterly men’s-interest journal, Manzine. Additionally I work as a consultant providing creative strategy, insight and copywriting for brands and agencies. I graduated with a First Class degree in European Languages from Goldsmiths College, London in 1994 and was PPA Writer of the Year nominee in 2007. I compete in triathlon and cyclosportive events, and enjoy mountaineering, cookery, languages and the arts.
