The Russian model Anna Maria Urajevskaya was born on February 11, 1991 and graced her first Vogue cover by the young age of 15. Numerous more covers followed for Italian Vogue and Vogue Beauty, Japan Spur as well as the Russian issue of L’Officiel and Harper’s Bazaar. Urajevskaya then appeared in ad campaigns for labels such as Blumarine, Calvin Klein, Kenzo and Ralph Lauren. Furthermore she signed contracts with Dior Beauty, Chanel Make-Up and Anna Sui Cosmetics.
Urajevskaya had proved herself in fashion shows for nearly all important designers. She walked for Alexander McQueen, DKNY, John Galliano, D&G, Marc Jacobs, Versace and Stella McCartney to name a few, plus the couture shows of Chanel, Givenchy and Anne-Valerie Hash. In 2008 Anna became the face of Wood fragrance for DSquared 2 which was photographed by Steven Meisel.
