The Dutch model Bette Frank (born December 3, 1989) has started her career after she was discovered in Amsterdam. She appeared in her first editorial for Elle Girl and debuted at Milan, walked the fall Hermès and Emanuel Ungaro shows in Paris and did runway for Jil Sander the year after. WWD named Franke ‘This Year’s Model’ 2005. Also in the following time she was very successful: Style.com featured her as a rising star. Regarding ad campaigns, she has appeared in Hermès fall catalogue 2006 and worked for Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Blumarine and Oscar de la Renta. Franke has also been featured in nearly all important magazines. Patrick Demarchelier photographed her for French Vogue editorial alongside Jessica Stam and Han Jin, further she scored the covers of Japanese Numéro, French Elle, Avantgarde and Italian Flair where she worked together with famous photographers like Chad Pitman, Dusan Reljin, Nathaniel Goldberg and David Sims. Lately Franke has been requested for runways of Ralph Lauren, Miu Miu, Prada, Derek Lam and Michael Kors in New York, Milan and Paris.
