Francesco Carrozzini was born in 1982 and studied Philosophy in Milan. He moved to New York in 2004 and became a filmmaker and photographer. Directing a commercial for MTV Italy led to collaborations with other brands such as Sony and Moschino Perfume. Directing the official promo for the Venice Biennale in 2005 was a turning point in his work and earned him high accolades. Francesco also directed a prestigious collection of films for the New York Times. Besides that he contributed to magazines such as American Vanity Fair, L’Uomo Vogue, Rolling Stone, Men’s Vogue and Liberation and exhibited his photography and videos in several shows alongside the work of internationally renowed artists. His first personal exhibition was in 2007 in Milan, Italy. Currently Francesco is developing his first fictional film project and continues shooting around the world.
