Born in 1973 in London, Hugo Tillman moved to New York with his mother in the age of 4. He studied film in Los Angeles and did an M.F.A. at Pratt Institut in Brooklyn. Before assisting Mario Testino, Hugo was working as PA in New York after graduation. He won numerous honors and awards and exhibited in National Portrait Gallery in London.
