Born and raised in Italy, Michelangelo di Battista studied at Art School in Milan for 5 years and then spent an additional 2 years at the School of Visual Arts in New York for Photography and Communication studies. He started shooting cosmetic still-lifes for an advertising agency after graduation. Mentored by Mauro Rotini, fashion director of a men’s fashion magazine in Italy, Michelangelo became a fashion photographer and currently lives and works between London, Paris and New York working on numerous fashion and advertising assignments.
