Born in Ravenna, Italy in 1974 Paolo Roversi is now based in Paris, where he discovered his interest in fashion photography in in the 1970s. Polaroids were his favorite medium and since 1980, Paolo has contributed to Italian, British, American, French and Japanese Vogue, L’Uomo Vogue, Arena Homme, i-D, W Magazine, New York Times Magazine and Vanity Fair. His advertising clients list includes Giorgio Armani, Comme des Garçons, Christian Dior, Alberta Ferretti Romeo Gigli, Givenchy, Krizia, Valentino, Yves Saint Laurent, Yohji Yamamoto, Mulberry, Kenzo, Dunhill, Hermès Louis Vuitton, Clarins, Lanvin and many other luxury brands. According to that, he has directed commercials for Chanel, Dim, Evian, Gervais, Kenzo, Woolmark, Galeries Lafayette & Lacôme.
