The gorgeous Berlin based label, LALA Berlin, came at us like a bombshell with their new collection based on the topic of twenties porn. The line was like something from a girls dream with its breezy materials made mainly of silk. Warm earth tones, and spotted gold rivets directly send the spectator into a puristic journey, which was underlined by the rough knitwear and an amazing sound by Tiefschawarz. 

Suddenly, a girl with a bright electric pink jump-suit appeared on the catwalk and the crowd couldn’t hold themselves still anymore and went into riotous applause right in the middle of the show – this was definitely the icing on the cake!

The focus of the show was fixated on the dresses as all accessories were spared throughout. But who needs bags or purses if you walk around with a sophisticated garment that is a piece of jewelry itself.

The lesson we learned from our time at the catwalk was clear: LALA Berlin has progressed and shaped itself very well and is clearly on its way to becoming a major fashion label at the international catwalks.

Leyla Piedayesh, who is the name behind the label, is on a one way trip to success and I can´t await the next season to see more.
