Burger-hats and cute-ass stationary: Lazy Oaf!
by Floor Serbrock posted on March 09, 2010The headquarters that house LEXPOSURE are especially awesome because the walls might as well be made out of magazines. Interview, Numero, Dazed&Confused, all the worlds Vogues, all the massive quarterly issues, they’re all here, years worth of. So every time you’re bored, procrastinating, or starting to eye twitch from being behind the computer for hours on end, you can retreat for a while and immerse yourself in the world of art and fashion and cool and all things pretty.
Flicking through last January’s Nylon issue, I came across this little gem: Lazy Oaf. Since 2004 the East Londoners behind the label have been churning out pop-arty, brightly colored t-shirts, sweatshirts, knitwear and accessories. Humorous, funky and youthful, but without being cheesy and too-much (unless you clothe yourself exclusively in Lazy Oaf, head to toe- don’t do that), the creative label also frequently lends its talent in collaborating with print projects, exhibitions, and events. Sheck ’em out.
