by jobot *** posted on September 28, 2009Always a stickler for anything that is recycled and of course encouraging my fellow humans to rethink their waste decisions, when I read about Vehicle Skateboard Ltd, I was really impressed to see how its founders, Jamie Story, Robbie Gangemi and Gio Estevez are working with Pop Master Innovations to make skateboards from recycled means. Using an assortment of recycled Hard Rock Maple products and by-products, including old skateboard decks, the high quality wood used to create their boards can be continuously reused or skateboard manufacturing and other applications.
Exciting indeed! The company launches in 2010 and I for one will be spreading their green boarding word.
