Vogue Germany August 2009: Edita‘s Eternal Fire
by Rie Cau posted on July 08, 2009Lithuanian model Edita Vilkeviciute certainly knows how to set anything on fire. This time, the Baltic beauty is toying devilishly with Vogue Germany.
Photographed by Greg Kadel, Ms. Vilkeviciute is shown on the simple and seductive cover for August 2009 wearing Louis Vuitton‘s racy Fall/Winter 2009/10 collection.
If her kitten-like gaze, soft lustrous blonde waves and her playful pout alone do not attract you to fall into her eternal trap of temptation, then, surely her red and black top with mischievous flash-baring cuts will arouse some sort of reaction.
With the issue focusing on black leather and sinful reds, it comes as no surprise that we see Ms. Vilkeviciute wearing Vuitton‘s quirky twisty rubric-cube necklace and the use of the eccentric red-and-black leopard font used for the Vogue cover text.
Watch out for more Endless Edita, as she takes over an editorial in the same issue.
