Your responsibilities will be very diverse and cross-departmental.

We are looking for an energetic team assistant with a strong passion for fashion and the World Wide Web, a never ending pool of creative ideas and motivation. Preferably, you should have some prior work experiences, but not necessarily in the fashion industry. Since we are an international agency, successful candidates should be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and be familiar with the common Office application and Mac.

Your main responsibilities will be based on assisting the different departments with the running projects:

• organisation, administration and data management
• management of the day-to-day office tasks
• assistance to the PR/Marketing department
• internet research
• email and telephone-hosting

Style & Talent Department Internship

Your main responsibility will be based on assisting the Style and Talent editor. Further responsibilities will include:

• organisational and editorial duties
• research in print and online magazines
• summary and presentation of the results using Office applications
• assisting the PR and Marketing departments
• Email/ Telephone-hosting

Online Marketing Department Internship

We are looking for a new and motivated member to join our marketing department. Preferably you should have completed a few internships with the focus on marketing or marketing communications and should show a strong interest for the online medium. Since we are an international agency, successful candidates should be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and be familiar with the common Office application and Mac.

Jobdescription

• The planning, optimisation and realisation of online campaigns: SEM, SEO, etc.
• Responsibility for your own projects
• Preparation of reports, analysis and presentations
• Banner ads / adverts
• Supervision and management of the community/ user, blogs, newsletters, etc
• Acuisition and management of new and existing cooperations and partners
• Stimulation and expansion of our community with new and innovative on- and offline campaigns

Qualification & Requirements

• A university degree or an apprenticeship in marketing or marketing communications
• First work experience or internships in Marketing/ Online Marketing/ PR
• Good analytical abilities
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills
• Great enthusiasm and motivation for what we do
• Fluency in English and German (both spoken and written)
