Acclaimed British fashion photographer Davis Sims began his career assisting Robert Erdmann and Norman Watson. In the years 1993, 2000 and 2001 he signed one-year exclusive contracts to Harper’s Bazaar. David currently contributes to W magazine, The Face, Arena, i-D, L’Uomo Vogue, Arena Homme Plus, Vogue Homme International, British Vogue and Dazed & Confused. His advertising clients have included Louis Vuitton, Jil Sander, Hugo Boss, Givenchy, Prada, Helmut Lang, Yohji Yamamoto, Levis, Gap, BCBG, Rimmel, Nike and Pepsi. According to that David has participated in several group exhibitions, had a solo exhibition in the Zwemmer Gallery in London and won the ‘Young Fashion Photographer Of The Year’ Award twice, in 1994 and 1996.
